Returns and Refunds

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY:

If you are unsatisfied with our products, you can contact us for a return authorization and a full refund on your purchase.  Shipping cost for returning the product is your responsibility and we will ask for a tracking number so that we can track and confirm receipt of your return.  Upon receipt of your returned product, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the product to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product.

ONLY orders purchased from NewMedical Technology Inc on Amazon.com and our website(s), BruiseMD.com, NewGelPlus.com, and MyNewGel.com are eligible for returns and refunds.

Returns sent to us without a prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.

Complaints submitted by email should include a completed.
